SONNET 2 is the previous generation of MED-EL’s behind-the-ear audio processor. Many people still wear it every day, and our team continues to support existing users with checks, parts and accessories.
Streaming with AudioStream
Sliding the AudioStream cover onto SONNET 2 adds Bluetooth LE streaming from compatible phones and tablets, in true stereo.
Thinking about an upgrade?
Because MED-EL processors work with MED-EL implants from the last 20 years and more, upgrading needs no further surgery. Compared with SONNET 2, SONNET 3 is fully waterproof (IP68 rather than IP54), smaller and lighter, and streams without an add-on. Ask us whether an upgrade makes sense for you.
